We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hard-working Barback to support our busy bar team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly by keeping stock levels maintained, supporting bartenders during service, and helping maintain a clean and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Restocking spirits, beers, wines, and other bar supplies
- Collecting and washing glassware
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Assisting bartenders during busy service periods
- Changing beer kegs and replenishing ice supplies
- Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed
- Supporting the wider team to deliver excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
- Previous hospitality or bar experience is beneficial but not essential – full training can be provided
