We’re a family-run café, bistro and bar in the restored Victorian bank on North Street, Keighley. Beautiful room, busy brunch, a team that actually talks to people.
We need a front of house / barista. Days only, no evenings.
The job
- Warm welcome, take orders, run food, look after tables
- Coffee and other drinks to a good standard
- Till and card payments
- Keep the floor, counter and toilets presentable
- Work with the kitchen so service stays smooth
- Help with simple food prep when needed
You
- Friendly and unflappable when it’s busy
- Barista or café experience is a plus, not a must. We’ll train the right person
- Comfortable on a till
- Happy on your feet, weekends included
- Right to work in the UK
Hours and pay
- Part-time, Thursday to Sunday
- Typical shifts around 9:30am–3:00pm
- Around 16–24 hours a week
- No evenings. Currently closed Monday to Wednesday, with the chance of extra days if we extend opening hours later
- From £12.71 per hour, depending on experience
