We are seeking a driven, motivated and enthusiastic Duty Manager here at Monkey Tree Holiday Park for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate will be proactive and support operations to enhance the experience of our guests. Our mission is to create memorable moments for our guests.
What you will be doing:
- You will lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver excellence with a dash of enthusiasm.
- Collaborate with various departments to keep the operation running like a well-oiled machine.
- Handling guest queries, complaints and incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Ensuring high standards of health & safety, compliance and security are maintained.
- Managing shift handovers and staffing issues as they arise.
- Responding to emergencies and out-of-hours situations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for guests and staff in the absence of senior management.
What we are looking for:
- Previous management or supervisory experience, ideally in hospitality, leisure or holiday parks.
- A good understanding of the tourism and leisure industry.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent commitment to customer service.
- Good oral/written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Exceptional organisational skills are essential to orchestrate the seamless flow of operations.
- A solution-orientated mindset.
- Challenge orientated and constantly looking to improve standards of excellence.
- Availability to start from Mid March 2026.
