Responsibilities:
- Perform hair braiding services for clients, including various styles and techniques.
- Must be able to do small boho braids
- Must be able to do Feed in braids
- Willing to learn weaving and silk press skills
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations.
- Upsell additional services or products to clients to enhance their experience.
- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments.
- Great customer services skills and be punctual.
Skills:
- Proficient in a variety of hair braiding techniques and styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to upsell and promote additional services or products.
- Strong organizational skills to assist with front desk duties.
Note: Mentoring is not directly relevant to the Hair Braider position, so it is not included in the job description.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £13.00-£17.00 per hour
