Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality styling services while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand preferences, needs, and lifestyle requirements.
- Recommend appropriate products, treatments, and services based on client goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and emerging products.
- Mentor, train, and support junior stylists and assistants.
- Assist with service standards, quality control, and team development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Support business objectives through retail sales, upselling, and client engagement initiatives.
- Handle client concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities.
