Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Flow Leader to oversee and optimise manufacturing processes within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring process efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
Pre kitting of materials before jobs commence at each station
Ensure Kanban areas are clean and tidy + walkways clear
Tracking door / frames / items through the factory
Organisation of factory labour to optimise efficiency
Ensure Team Leaders and Supervisors are maintaining housekeeping standards
Work in conjunction with Quality Manager to implement corrective and preventative actions for NCRs within the factory
Must be from a manufacturing background and be driven and motivated individual.
Focus on LEAN manufacturing and productivity
Overtime will be required in this position
