Accounts Administrator (Part-Time)

Hours: 4 days per week, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Universal Interiors Ltd is a leading manufacturer and installer of fitted bedroom furniture, supplying many of Scotland's largest housebuilders. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and organised Accounts Administrator to join our friendly office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase invoices and sales invoices
- Chasing outstanding customer payments
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries
- General office administration and filing
- Assisting the accounts team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is up to date
About You
- Previous accounts or administration experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
