The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, coordinating office activities, and maintaining organized records and systems.
Part time: 25 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and databases.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- BE able to pass a BPSS security check
