Warehouse Operative – Branding
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £27,262.90 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday 7:30am–4pm

Role Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a long-established business on the outskirts of Doncaster.
The company is continuing to grow and is looking to add to its existing warehouse team. The role will combine general warehouse duties with garment preparation and branding, including use of heat press and embroidery equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick the correct stock and quantities against work orders.
- Record quantities picked and stock locations accurately.
- Support other warehouse departments when required.
- Keep shelves, aisles and stock locations tidy and organised.
- Report missing, damaged or incorrectly located stock to the Inventory team.
- Prepare garments for branding, including unbagging items and printing personal names.
- Fold and re-bag finished branded garments.
- Book completed branded stock into the correct size bags or boxes.
- Maximise storage space and help reduce unnecessary material usage.
- Brand garments to specification using heat press or embroidery machines.
- Receive and book stock transfers into the correct warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Undertake additional training where required.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a branding, garment, warehouse or stock-control environment.
- Experience using heat press or embroidery machinery would be highly advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confidence working with stock and work orders.
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- A reliable and flexible approach to supporting the wider warehouse team.
