About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and motivated Property Operations & Airbnb Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our growing property business.
This is a varied role covering both our serviced accommodation portfolio (Airbnb, Booking.com and other online travel platforms) and our residential rental properties. You will work closely with the business owner to ensure our properties operate efficiently, guests and tenants receive excellent service, and the business continues to grow.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and becoming a key part of a growing property business. Every day is different, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Airbnb, Booking.com and other online travel platform reservations.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and reviews.
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Liaise with cleaners, maintenance contractors and suppliers to ensure properties are always guest-ready.
- Schedule and oversee maintenance works, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Assist with tenant enquiries and maintenance requests across our residential rental portfolio.
- Coordinate contractors, inspections and compliance tasks.
- Carry out occasional property visits and inspections where required.
- Manage office administration, property records and operational systems.
- Monitor occupancy levels and help maximise bookings and guest satisfaction.
- Support the business owner with day-to-day operations, new property onboarding and business improvement projects.
- Assist in identifying ways to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience managing Airbnb, serviced accommodation or holiday lets.
- Experience in residential property management or lettings.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work independently and make confident decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Experience using systems such as eviivo, Guesty, Hospitable or similar would be an advantage.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude.

Pay: From £18,250.00 per year
