Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced General Multi-Skilled Handyperson to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of repair, installation, and maintenance tasks across our facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in:
Plumbing
Painting
Laying of LVT
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs within our property
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.Experience
- Proven experience in general maintenance or multi-skilled handyperson roles within industrial or commercial settings.
- Strong electrical knowledge, including experience with electrical systems and schematics.
- Mechanical expertise with a solid understanding of machinery repair and maintenance procedures.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
