Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong joinery background to join our growing Leeds based team, to work within Yorkshire and the Humber.
You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with void refurbishments for our social housing clients.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in joinery and will have knowledge and experience of general maintenance requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in general building including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in small project maintenance/void refurbishments
- Full UK driving license
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good time keeping
- Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department
