Production Operative
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
Pay: £12.81 per hour
Break: 2 breaks, but 1 × 20-minute unpaid
Location: Caistor
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team at a fish factory in Caistor.
The role involves working with breaded fish products in a busy production environment.
Duties include:
- Preparing and packing breaded fish products
- Working on the production line
- Checking product quality
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Keeping the work area clean and tidy
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Previous factory or food production experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
We are looking for people who are reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
Pay: £12.81 per hour
