Our Finance Transformation programme is looking for a Business Process Manager to support the design and delivery of a high-performing Finance Shared Service Centre model, improving how transactional finance services are delivered across the business.
Reporting to the Head of Finance Shared Services, this role will help turn ambition into action by shaping service scope, operating principles, process transition, performance measures and readiness requirements for the Shared Service Centre.
Working with Finance and cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will support the transition of key end-to-end processes into the SSC, creating simpler ways of working, stronger controls, better service quality, standardised customer engagement models and faster cycle times.
This is a 2 year fixed-term contract to support the delivery of our Finance Transformation Programme.
