Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Furniture Sprayer / Finisher to join our joinery workshop. We manufacture bespoke kitchens, cabinetry, and furniture, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes.
This role would suit someone who is happy working independently in the spray area while also being part of a small workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Spraying bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and joinery components to a high standard
- Preparing items ready for finishing (sanding, cleaning, masking where required)
- Mixing primers, paints, and lacquers to the correct specifications
- Achieving consistent, high-quality finishes
- Maintaining spray equipment and keeping the spray area clean and organised
- Working alongside the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience spraying furniture or joinery
- Knowledge of water-based primers and lacquers
- Ability to produce high-quality, consistent finishes
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and able to work within a small team
The Role
- Spraying kitchen components, cabinetry, and bespoke furniture
- Preparing items ready for finishing
- Working mainly independently in the spray area
- Supporting the workshop team when required
Hours & Pay
- 15–40 hours per week (flexible depending on workload)
- Wage depending on experience
