LCV TECHNICIAN – SHERWOODS MOTOR GROUP
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Sherwoods Motor Group. We are now recruiting for a LCV Technician to join our busy team at our Washington LCV Centre. At Sherwoods we strive to be the absolute best and offer our customers the highest level of service. Ideal candidates:
· Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician.
· Have previous experience within the Stellantis brand.
· Be part of an ambitious team and be able work within a busy service department to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the department and ensure it meets its targets.
· Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, be pro-active in your approach and have excellent communication skills.
· Ensure the highest possible levels of productive efficiency, quality of work and production finish to sustain growth in customer confidence in the service provided, and attention to detail is essential.
Key duties:
· To service vehicles to manufacturers’ specifications.
· To diagnose faults and repair.
· To obtain parts from the parts department ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
· Work to the highest level within scheduled times to meet company, franchise and manufacturers' standards.
· Support the development of any trainees and apprentices.
· Ensure that the workshop facilities, equipment and tools are kept clean, tidy and maintained.
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Shift and Schedule:
8-hour shift
Monday to Friday
Overtime is available as and when required
Salary: Depending on experience.
