We are looking to add a PCB Assembler to join our team based in Clipstone, Mansfield due to increased growth. You will be responsible for the assembly of printed circuit boards in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Experience of working within a similar role or in an electronics manufacturing environment is highly desirable however, full training will be given if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Duties will include:
- PCB Assembly
- Component Forming
- Hand Soldering
- General Product Assembly
Skills/knowledge required:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work effectively to deadlines
- Demonstrates proactive approach
- Dexterity, Good Hand and Eye coordination.
- Health & Safety awareness
- Must be able to work within a team
- Communicate clearly with all staff members
Desirable:
- Previous experience as a PCB assembler within an electronics/manufacturing environment or similar technical environment
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and documentation
- Knowledge of IPC standards
Hours: 40 hours per week – 2pm Finish on a Friday
