Swift Temps is growing — and we're looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our St Helens team!
As an established provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions across the UK, we're proud of the relationships we build with both our clients and candidates. Due to continued business demand and ambitious growth plans, we're looking for a driven, confident and commercially-minded Recruitment Consultant to help us take our St Helens branch to the next level.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys the full 360 recruitment process — from winning new business and developing client relationships, to sourcing great candidates and delivering an exceptional service.
What will you be doing?
You'll take ownership of your own desk, building and developing strong relationships across the Industrial recruitment sector.
Your role will include:
- Developing new business opportunities and winning new clients.
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing a strong candidate network.
- Matching the right candidates to the right opportunities.
- Providing clients with recruitment advice and supporting their hiring strategies.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional business.
- Providing an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates.
- Building a strong local presence through proactive sales activity, client visits and relationship building.
- Working collaboratively with the wider branch team to achieve and exceed targets.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and hungry for success.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience working as a Recruitment Consultant within a 360 role.
- Experience within Industrial recruitment or a similar fast-paced recruitment environment.
- A proven ability to develop new business and build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive, resilient and proactive attitude.
- The confidence to pick up the phone, generate new opportunities and build your own desk.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering great customer and candidate experiences.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own vehicle.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
