EFM Fleet Services Ltd is a well-established Fleet Management company based in Sharston, Wythenshawe, Manchester, M22 4TE
We looking for passionate people to join our frontline team that deals with inbound calls logging vehicle breackdowns and enquiries from our prestigious clients
Although fleet management experience would be beneficial it is not necessary as full training will be provided
What we can offer successful Operations Centre Controllers…
· Commencing salary £25,000
· Christmas Bonus, attendance bonus & overtime were needed OTE £27,000
· Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off working 6am till 5pm or if you prefer 1pm till midnight this means you only need to use 4 days holiday to get 12 days off and only work half the year compared to traditional shifts

The Operations Controllers will have the following tasks…
· You will be our customers first contact, taking telephone and email logs of vehicle breakdowns or a repairer’s query.
· Record, process and accurately deal with jobs that are received from customers using our bespoke web-based platform.
· You will need to understand, priorities and identify services which are classed as warranty, damage, and or recharge. (Full training will be provided).
· Allocate and deploy resources and suppliers to pre-booked and live tasks in-line.
· Liaise with workshops (internal and external) to book work with them.
Skills required for an Operations Center Controller…

As an Operations Centre Controller, your role is integral, responding to calls from our customers who could have broken down at the roadside, they may have a none urgent defect to report or have a general enquiry. It’s down to our Operations teams to quickly and effectively deal with the call and deploy the resources to meet our customer needs.
· Are you customer-service orientated, with a positive professional manner
· The ability to assess data quickly and accurately process
· Excellent communication is essential
· Good IT skills
· You love working as part of a team
· Have an attention to detail
Ideally you will have previous experience working within a fast-paced contact centre, but if you have no experience training is available.
