About the Role
Century Training Academy is seeking an experienced and motivated Bricklaying Tutor to join our Alternative Provision team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support and inspire young people through practical, skills-based learning in a supportive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, hands-on bricklaying sessions within an alternative provision setting
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of learners
- Support learners in developing practical skills, confidence, and employability
- Maintain a safe, positive, and well-managed workshop environment
- Work collaboratively with staff to support learner progress, behaviour, and wellbeing
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in bricklaying
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
