Summary
The Assistant Store Manager role at Hotter is a vital part of our retail team. Based in our Bury St Edmunds store, you will help lead our team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales while embodying our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. The role is 40 hours per week, over 5 days, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
' Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Supervise customer advisors to ensure excellent customer service.
- Support in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage stock levels and merchandising standards.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Ensure store compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive shopping environment that reflects our brand values.'
