Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while balancing speed with accuracy, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age is met, following all responsible serving policies.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, keeping inventory levels accurate and organized for smooth operation.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and create a lively, enjoyable environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible serving guidelines.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and drink mixing with accuracy.
