We are recruiting reliable and hardworking School Cleaners for a Special Education School in Taunton. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the school, helping to provide a safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors INDCM1
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets, and communal areas.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting designated areas.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies where required.
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standards.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns to management.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS Check is required due to the nature of the school environment.
