We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-paced, project-driven operations. The Logistics Coordinator supports the efficient movement of materials, equipment anddocumentation required for project delivery. The role coordinates daily logistics activities, maintains accurate system records, supports regulatory compliance, and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure materials are delivered safely, on time and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate same-day deliveries, courier shipments, and planned inbound and outbound movements.

Manage temporary and permanent shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking and timely delivery.

Liaise with freight forwarders, courier providers and internal stakeholders to coordinate shipments.

Monitor shipments, communicate progress, and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.

Escalate logistics risks that may impact project delivery.

Process goods receipts, inventory transactions and related ERP activities.

Maintain accurate shipment, delivery and documentation records.
-
Ensure timely system updates to support inventory accuracy and reporting.

Work closely with Procurement, Project Management, Warehouse and Operational teams.

Ensure documentation, approvals and delivery schedules align with project requirements.

Provide regular shipment updates to stakeholders.
-
Support CBAM calculations and reporting for applicable shipments.

Maintain compliance documentation and support audit readiness.
-
Gather emissions and product data from suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Ensure shipments comply with applicable regulatory and company requirements.

Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, communication and documentation.
-
Prioritise daily logistics activities within agreed project priorities.

Escalate shipment risks, compliance issues and supplier performance concerns.

Recommend process improvements but refer commercial or strategic decisions to the Supply Chain Manager.

Follow company Health & Safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications-
Experience with logistics administration or supply chain operations in a manufacturing setting.

Strong proficiency in ERP systems experience is a must (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
