About the Role
We are seeking a driven Multi-Site Manager to take full ownership of our Southern Cluster, which includes Cardiff, Bath, and Camden. You will lead multiple stores, inspire your teams, and drive performance across sales, standards, and customer experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same, and you will be expected to work 2-3 shifts per week in-store to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities

Own performance, sales, and profitability across multiple sites with full P&L accountability.

Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and store teams to achieve their full potential.

Drive exceptional customer experience and maintain high brand standards consistently.

Manage labour, stock, and cost control effectively across the cluster.

Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure excellence.

Ensure compliance with food safety and 5-star EHO standards at all times.

Turn around underperforming stores through proactive management and support.
Requirements

Strong leadership experience in a multi-site or high-volume retail/hospitality environment.

A commercial mindset with a sharp focus on sales and achieving results.

Confident leader capable of motivating teams and holding them accountable.

Highly organised, hands-on, and comfortable travelling between Cardiff, Bath, and Camden.

Previous experience with EPOS, stock systems, and reporting tools is preferred.
