We’re working with a small, ambitious team who care on the hunt for a
Floor Manager to join the team and help take things to the next level. Offering great drinks, great food, great service and creating somewhere people genuinely want to spend time.
As Floor Manager, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day running of the Cafe/Bar. You’ll be responsible for keeping the floor running smoothly during busy services, maintaining our standards and creating the kind of atmosphere that keeps people coming back.
The Position:
- Leading the front-of-house team during service
- Supporting the existing management team with the day-to-day running of the business
- Motivating and developing team members
- Managing busy services calmly and confidently
- Helping with opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining high standards across the bar and floor
- Dealing with guest queries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting events, private bookings and DJ nights
- Helping drive sales while maintaining an excellent guest experience
- Taking an active role in stock, cash and operational procedures
- Being a positive, hands-on presence within the team
The Person:
- An experienced hospitality professional with strong floor management experience
- Confident leading a team during busy services
- Naturally warm, personable and guest-focused
- Organised, reliable and commercially aware
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, independent venue
- Passionate about food, drinks and hospitality
- A strong communicator and team player
- Someone who leads by example rather than from the sidelines
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with energy, personality and a genuine love of hospitality.
The Package:
- £31,000 per annum + Tips
- Flexible shifts, including Early’s and lates
