We are a family run Hotel, Bar Restaurant and Wedding Venue set in beautiful surroundings.
We are looking for all levels of Chefs to join our fast-paced and innovative company. The ideal candidate will have experience planning, preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes. We're looking for a kitchen leader who is comfortable supporting our Executive Chef developing creative menus, using fresh ingredients and providing guidance to the other staff in our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
To support the Executive Chef
- Use good judgement when dealing with customers, food, and equipment.
- Be able to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changing customer needs.
- Be familiar with all health, sanitation, and safety policies and procedures.
- Be familiar with food handling and storage techniques for fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry, meat, dairy products, dry goods and canned goods.
- Prepare different types of meals from raw ingredients in accordance with recipes or customer requests.
- Use a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as knives, broilers, sauté pans, mixers, ovens, grills, slicers, mandolins.
- Be able to accurately estimate the cost of preparing meals or serving dishes that normally require more than an hour of preparation time.Competitive rate of pay. Salary dependant on experience.
- To be responsibile for running the kitchen and managing the team.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
