We're seeking a full-time trainee manager to enhance our team at our Newcastle stores, with a schedule of 40 hours spread across 5 days per week and a starting salary of £26,000 with a rise once training is complete.
As a manager, you'll take charge, actively engaging in tasks such as food preparation, operating the till, handling delivery orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the dining areas. Your role will involve maintaining top-notch standards of quality, service, and cleanliness throughout the venue, while also motivating your team to provide friendly, efficient, and excellent customer service.
What will I do
· Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines, and management direction.
· Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures.
· Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive manager.

· Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour. Energised and able to energise others.
· Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and eye contact are a must.
