Role: Pasta Packing Operator Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 8 AM – 5 PM, with a minimum of 27 Hours over the 5 days. Any additional hours to the 27, will be paid as overtime at standard rate. Flexibility is required as part of the role

The Role
This is a physically demanding, on-your-feet role for the full shift. You'll be standing and working at pace all day, so a good level of physical fitness is important.
The work is repetitive by nature – you'll be carrying out the same tasks consistently throughout the day. If you thrive on routine and take pride in doing a job well every single time, you'll fit right in here. An eye for detail is also important as we strive to delight our Customers with every bag that we fill!
As our Pasta Packing Operator, you'll be weighing, packing, and sealing our dried pasta using semi-automatic machinery – making sure every pack meets our high standards before it reaches our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Packing: Operate semi-automatic machinery to weigh and bag dried pasta with precision
- Quality Control: Ensure every bag is correctly filled, sealed, and labelled
- Hygiene Standards: Follow food safety and hygiene rules to the letter – this is essential in a food production environment (full training provided)
- Machine Operation: Learn to operate and clean our packing equipment
- Teamwork: Work alongside a fab team who'll have your back every step of the way
What We're Looking For
- Someone who is physically fit and comfortable being on their feet for a full shift
- A genuine commitment to following strict hygiene and food safety rules
- Reliable, focused, flexible and a great team player
- Strong attention to detail – consistency is everything in this role
- Previous food handling experience is preferred but not essential – full training provided
