The area manager will be working closely with the successful candidate and prepare them for all aspects of the managers role. The Trainee Manager will be responsible for both the financial and operational performance of their restaurant on a day to day basis.
A trainee store Managers main role will be to ensure the efficient running of the restaurant whilst making sure their guests receive the highest levels of customer service and product quality. Trainee store Managers are involved in all aspects of food preparation, sandwich making and restaurant.

- Weekly Stocktaking
- Analysing Weekly Reports to Maximise Restaurant Profitability
- Scheduling & Labour Control
- Banking & Daily Cash Controls
- Maximising sales
- Control in-store costs
- Ensure cleanliness within the store is at its very best
- Working to strict Food and Health & Safety regulations
We are looking for someone who has strong organisational and team building skills with the confidence and motivation to train new team members and lead them in running the store at a high standard. Strong communication skills and a positive outlook are key.
Previous experience in the Catering & Retail Industry at a minimum of supervisory level is essential.
