We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team and support children’s learning and development through play, curiosity and real-life experiences.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing exceptional care and education for children, supporting their individual development and helping to create magical early years experiences.
You will:
- Build strong, nurturing relationships with children and their families
- Plan and provide engaging, child-led learning opportunities based on children’s interests and developmental needs
- Support children’s learning through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum allongside our tailored curriculum.
- Create inviting learning environments that encourage curiosity, independence and creativity
- Observe, assess and celebrate children’s progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain our high standards of care and education
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing through our Hygge-inspired approach

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification+
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Is warm, caring and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Enjoys spending time outdoors and embracing nature-based learning
- Is creative, motivated and eager to provide inspiring experiences for children
- Works well as part of a team and is committed to continuous improvement
- Understands the importance of creating secure attachments and supporting children’s wellbeing
Experience with Forest School, outdoor learning or animal care would be welcomed, but a passion for these areas is essential.
