Remote Electrical Certification Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Certification Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone with previous electrical administration experience or a retired electrician who wants flexible work from home.
About the Role
You will be responsible for producing professional electrical certification from engineers' site notes using NICEIC certification software. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
Duties Include
- Producing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Completing Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs)
- Completing Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificates
- Reviewing engineers' test results and notes for accuracy
- Liaising with our office if any information is missing or requires clarification
- Ensuring certificates are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience producing electrical certificates
- Good understanding of BS 7671 and electrical inspection and testing terminology
- Experience using NICEIC certification software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written English and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
