Responsibilities
- Ensure all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, utensils, and equipment, are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized regularly

- Support chefs and kitchen staff with dishwashing duties to maintain a steady flow of clean cookware and utensils
- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to uphold environmental standards within the kitchen
- Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning materials are available for daily use
- Maintain health and safety standards by adhering to hygiene regulations and reporting any hazards promptly
- Support serving staff during busy periods by clearing tables and assisting with basic hospitality duties when needed
Qualifications
