We are currently recruiting for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.
HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.
Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park
Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu
showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network
of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.
Everything is made in-house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams,
juices and pickles.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing, cooking cuisine within your speciality
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop new dishes for the menu;
- Training the junior chefs working with you
- Stock control & waste management
- Ensuring the brigade follow H&S regulations
Demonstrating a respectful attitude & responding respectfully to the demands of the Management team.
