Essential requirements of the Nursery Practitioner position
· Level 2 or above in Childcare
· Experience working with children 3 months to 5 years.
· Understanding of the EYFS Framework
· Experience of planning, observing and carrying out exciting activities
· Understanding of the Key Person role.

Interview Process
· Manager and Deputy Manager will carry out the interview.
· Discuss your experience of working with children.
· Discuss your understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
· Assess your suitability to work as part of our team.
