The Role:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a range of learning needs.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assist with classroom preparation, learning resources, and day-to-day activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and support pupils to reach their individual potential.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, or similar setting is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
