Responsibilities
- Provide professional beauty treatments including waxing and lash and brow treatments tailored to each client’s needs
- Assist clients in selecting suitable products and services to achieve their desired look or skincare goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits
- Stay informed about the latest beauty techniques, products, and industry trends to offer innovative solutions
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while maximizing client satisfaction and operational flow
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to promote ongoing wellness
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role with a focus on wax, lash and brow treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide clear advice
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to beauty treatments and hygiene standards
