Van Guard Accessories Ltd (part of Bott Group) is a leading UK manufacturer of premium van accessories, is seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Customer Support Advisor to join our friendly and fast‑paced team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives on variety, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
You’ll play a key role in supporting both direct customers and our established trade partners. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of orders and providing outstanding service across multiple channels.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing enquiries received via telephone, email, in person, and live chat
- Processing orders from trade and retail customers via email, phone, in person, and through our website
- Handling and updating orders received through customer portals
- Sending VAT invoice receipts to customers
- Providing consignment tracking details and delivery updates
- Managing and communicating delivery exceptions
- Logging customer enquiries accurately using our internal CRM system

Pay: £26,601.00 per year
