Responsibilities

- Develop personalized learning plans that cater to individual learner needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and assessment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support learners through mentoring, coaching, and motivational techniques to enhance their confidence and competence.
- Collaborate with employers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering training or assessing within the health and social care sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse learners effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple assessments, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
- Knowledge of IT tools used for online learning, record keeping, and assessment management.
- Fluency in English is essential for clear instruction and documentation purposes.
- Assessor qualification, or equivalent is highly desirable or willingness to obtain one.

Pay: £15.25-£25.00 per hour
