We are currently seeking to recruit an Customer Service Advisor based at our office in Stevenston.
We are looking for a responsible Customer Service Advisor to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the CSA mainly include providing support to our managers, Electrical and Reactive departments, private customers and housing associations.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Answering calls from private customers and booking surveys for our Install, Electrical and Reactive teams
- Arrange with tenant and book boiler installs for housing associations
- Calling tenants to book in outstanding repairs
- To answer and log calls from tenants, housing associations and private customers regarding repairs and services
- Manage customer calls and administrative tasks as requested
- Resolving customer problems.
- Providing guidance.
- Taking payments from private customers

GCSE´s/S grades (A-C) (1-3) in English, Maths or equivalent qualifications
