Cleaning Operative – Domestic & Holiday Let Cleaning

Dynamic Domestic is looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic team player to join our growing team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for cleaning a variety of domestic homes and holiday lets to an exceptional standard. No two days are the same, and you'll work both independently and alongside other members of our team.
Typical duties include:
- Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
- Dusting and cleaning all surfaces.
- Cleaning kitchens, including worktops, cupboard fronts and appliances.
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets and shower rooms.
- Making beds and presenting holiday lets to a high standard.
- Changing bed linen and towels.
- Emptying bins and replenishing consumables where required.
- Carrying out deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage found during cleans.
- Following company cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Providing excellent customer service and representing Dynamic Domestic professionally at all times.

- Is organised and able to manage their time effectively.
- Is confident working both independently and as part of a team.
- Is physically able to carry out cleaning duties.
- Holds a full UK driving licence – this is essential.
Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right person.
