The opportunity
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Medical Administrator to play a pivotal role in our growing online clinic. In this position, you will serve as the central backbone of our operations, managing confidential patient data, scheduling, and digital communications. This is a highly rewarding opportunity where your administrative precision directly supports our remote clinical team and helps streamline the delivery of vital mental health services nationwide. Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships — with both clients and candidates in your niche, delivering standout service at every step of the recruitment process.
Make the perfect match — assess what clients and candidates really need, then screen, interview and place with confidence.
Grow your desk — proactively source new locum roles, nurture existing clients and win new ones.
Own the detail — take charge of client and candidate queries and follow them through to a great outcome.
Play it right — keep every placement compliant with REC recommendations, NHS guidelines and other regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience
- IT Systems: Advanced proficiency in using IT systems, medical software or databases is essential.
- Healthcare Experience: Previous experience in the NHS or private healthcare as a Medical administrator or Service manager is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, combined with a compassionate, empathetic approach when communicating with vulnerable individuals.
- Organisation: Ability to multi-task and manage high workloads efficiently is highly desirable.
