Join a business that's buying.
I run a growing property investment and property finance group. Multiple companies, an expanding portfolio across London and across the UK, and an active acquisition pipeline: residential blocks, HMO's and commercial deals. Alongside the investing, we arrange property funding, including bridging loans, BTL mortgages and refinancing, working daily with lenders and brokers. There are always several acquisitions and finance cases in motion, and I need a sharp PA at the centre of all of it.
You'll work directly for me. One principal, no committee. The work itself touches investors, JV partners, solicitors, lenders and a finance team, so no two deals look the same.
Why this role means something
This isn't support work on the sidelines. The business moves because you move it. Deals complete because you chased them. Finance lands because your application was right first time. And the results are physical: buildings bought, blocks refinanced, a portfolio you'll watch grow and know you helped build. In a few years you'll drive past a property and think, I got that one over the line.
What you get
- A paid education in property. Daily exposure to how deals are found, funded and closed: negotiation, deal analysis, bridging and mortgage finance, investors and JV partners. You'll learn more in 6 months here than in 5 years anywhere corporate.
- Real ownership from day one. You run matters end to end, with direct access to the decision maker and no layers in between.
- A role that grows with the portfolio. As we buy and fund more, you take on more. £27,000 to £35,000 to start, rising to £45k+ within 12 months on performance.
- A modern AI toolkit (Claude, ChatGPT, Monday.com), used properly, every day.
The work itself: two halves, both essential
Driving things to done. I start things at pace and you finish them. Chasing a solicitor who has gone quiet on a completion. Getting a lender the final documents before a bridging deadline. Pushing a mortgage application or an acquisition through its next stage.
When something stalls, you don't report the stall, you break it.
Running the machine. Completing and submitting forms and applications, including lender and mortgage forms, finance applications, legal paperwork and licence applications, accurately and right first time.
Owning my diary: scheduling, protecting my time, making sure I'm in the right place with the right papers. Managing emails, WhatsApp and priorities so nothing is missed. .
The deals only complete because the paperwork and diary run flawlessly. If you take pride in a perfectly completed application and a diary that runs like clockwork, read on.
You'll thrive here if you
- Get genuine satisfaction from closing things. An completed task list is your happy place.
- Are precise with paperwork. Forms done right, first time, every time.
- Are excited by property, finance, growth and pace rather than intimidated by them.
- Write impeccable English. You'll be drafting to solicitors and lenders in my name.
- Prefer being trusted to run with things over being closely supervised.
- Have EA or PA experience, or come from mortgage or broker case management, conveyancing or property admin background.
This isn't for you if
- You wait for instructions or need decisions made for you.
- You avoid awkward chasing conversations.
- You find forms and diary work tedious. Half the job is exactly that, done brilliantly.
- You want predictable, process-driven admin.

To apply
Send your CV with a short note, in your own words, on the hardest thing you've driven to completion. Applications without a note won't be read.
Pay: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Application question(s):
- A solicitor isn't answering calls or emails and completion is tomorrow. You've already tried twice today. Give me every single move you'd make before the end of the day, in order.
- You're submitting a bridging lender application due at 5pm. A figure I gave you verbally doesn't match the bank statement, the difference is £20,000, and I'm unreachable until 6pm. Submitting wrong figures is serious. Missing the deadline may kill the deal.
What do you do, and what exactly do write on the application?
- You were meant to chase a solicitor on Monday. It's Thursday and you realise it never happened, and the matter has sat still for three days. What do you do, and what do you say to me?
- I forward you an email chain about a property purchase with one line: "Deal with this." The chain is 15 messages long between a solicitor, a broker and an agent. I'm then in meetings all day. What do you do?
