MULTI-TRADE OPERATIVES & SKILLED LABOURER WANTED – EPPING AREA
We are a building company delivering a council repairs and regeneration programme in the Epping area. Our work includes kitchen and bathroom renewals, doors, flooring, decorating, plastering and general property repairs.
We are recruiting:
- 2 experienced Multi-Trade Operatives
- Applicants must be confident and capable of completing full kitchen and bathroom installations independently, including associated multi-trade work.
- 1 Skilled Labourer
- Applicants must be hardworking, reliable, able to drive and willing to learn and develop their skills.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Multi-trade operatives must have their own tools
- Valid CIS registration
- Ability to communicate clearly in English with residents, colleagues and site management
- Reliable, professional and respectful when working in occupied homes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- An Enhanced DBS check will be arranged for successful candidates
- Relevant experience and references are preferred
We offer ongoing work on a busy repairs and regeneration programme, with the opportunity to join a reliable and professional team.
1-2 day trial with 1 of the team to assess skill level.
