ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will keep shared areas impeccably clean, safe and welcoming, from entrance lobbies and corridors to lifts, stairwells and amenities. You’ll take pride in presentation, follow cleaning schedules, and respond to resident requests with a friendly, can-do approach. You will work closely with the site team to maintain an immaculate environment that reflects the premium feel of the development.

- Shared spaces consistently spotless, fresh and well-presented throughout the day.
- Cleaning schedules completed on time, with accurate records and smart stock control.
- Proactive identification and reporting of maintenance or safety issues before they escalate.
- Positive resident feedback thanks to your helpful, courteous and solution-focused service.
- Safe working practices always followed, including correct product use and PPE.
- Strong teamwork and clear communication with the wider on-site and management teams.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
- Carrying out scheduled cleaning of lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells and amenity areas.
- Regularly sanitising high-touch points and managing waste and recycling areas.
- Spot-cleaning spills and responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests promptly.
- Checking, replenishing and safely storing cleaning materials and consumables.
- Conducting routine checks and reporting defects, hazards or incidents.
- Supporting event or contractor set-ups to keep areas tidy and accessible.

EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in residential, hotel or corporate settings.
- Familiarity with safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, including COSHH awareness.
- Experience working in high-traffic environments where presentation is paramount.
- Confidence managing waste and recycling processes.
- Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for job lists and reporting.
