Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team at Taz’s Beauty Bar. This role combines advanced beauty therapy treatments with non-surgical body contouring, including cryolipolysis (fat freezing).
This is not a junior role — we are looking for a practitioner who can confidently deliver both hands-on beauty services and advanced aesthetic treatments, ensuring safe practice, excellent client care, and high-quality results.
ResponsibilitiesBeauty Treatments
- Perform full face threading, waxing, brow and lash tinting, lash extensions, lash lifts, henna brows, and microblading with precision and care.
- Deliver high-quality makeup application and facial treatments where required.
Aesthetic / Body Contouring Treatments
- Carry out cryolipolysis (fat freezing) treatments in line with training, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct in-depth consultations, including medical history, contraindications, and realistic outcome setting.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on client goals and suitability.
- Take and manage before/after photos and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide clear aftercare and manage follow-ups.
- Recognise and respond appropriately to any adverse reactions or concerns.
Client Experience & Operations
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised treatment plans.
- Educate clients on aftercare to ensure optimal results across all treatments.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and compliant work environment at all times.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise productivity and client satisfaction.
- Uphold company standards of professionalism, discretion, and client confidentiality.
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty and aesthetic trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NVQ/VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) required.
- Proven experience in beauty therapy (threading, waxing, brows, lashes, etc.).
- Certified training in cryolipolysis / fat freezing / body contouring.
- Must be insurable to perform cryolipolysis and aesthetic treatments in the UK.
- Strong understanding of client consultation, contraindications, and treatment safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Fluent English preferred.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Level 4 qualification in body contouring / cryolipolysis.
- Experience with additional aesthetic devices (e.g. cavitation, RF, skin treatments).
- First aid certification.
- Experience in a high-end or results-driven clinic environment.

Pay: £12.33-£30.00 per hour
