About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and wants to develop a successful career as a chef.
No previous professional kitchen experience is required—we'll provide full training and support. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Working alongside our experienced chefs, you'll gain hands-on experience in:
- Knife skills and food preparation
- Cooking and plating dishes
- Food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Kitchen organisation and stock rotation
- Working efficiently during busy service
- Maintaining professional kitchen standards

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on age, experience and ability), plus excellent gratuities.
Job Type: Full-time (30–45 contracted hours per week)
Please note: Evening, weekend and split-shift availability is required. Weekend availability is essential due to the nature of the hospitality industry.
