We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Host/Hostess to join the passionate team at YOPO Zaytoun and Jurema Terrace, located within the award-winning five-star Mandrake Hotel in the heart of Fitzrovia.

Led by a passion for seasonality, exceptional ingredients and warm hospitality, we offer an elegant sharing-style dining experience in one of London's most unique luxury hotel settings. Alongside the restaurant, Jurema Terrace provides a lush outdoor sanctuary where guests enjoy refined dining and expertly crafted cocktails surrounded by hanging gardens.
What you'll do
As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first impression of our restaurant and terrace, delivering a warm, intuitive and personalised welcome that sets the tone for every guest experience.
Working closely with the restaurant management and supervisory team, you will:
- Welcome and seat guests with confidence, professionalism and genuine warmth
- Manage reservations via telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries
- Coordinate table allocations across both YOPO Zaytoun and Jurema Terrace to maximise service flow
- Manage online booking platforms and reservation systems
- Respond to guest requests with efficiency, attention to detail and discretion
- Support the team in creating memorable dining experiences from arrival to departure
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year's experience as a Restaurant Host/Hostess in a premium restaurant or luxury hospitality environment within Central London
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, confident and professional approach
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- The ability to build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues
- A proactive mindset with pride in delivering consistently high standards
