We’re looking for a proper Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join Team Solo at our HQ in Anfield.
This isn’t a high-pressure, flat-rate, shouty workshop.
It’s a calm, organised place where good people do good work — and stay.
If you’re the type of mechanic who:
- takes pride in doing the job right
- wants to crack on without being micromanaged
- values a solid team and a decent working life
…you’ll feel at home here.
The Role
You’ll be a key part of our workshop, helping keep stock prepared to a high standard so we can keep selling boss cars.
Day to day, you’ll be trusted to:
- Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance to a good standard
- Diagnose faults properly (not guess or parts-swap)
- Follow clear procedures and workflows
- Work independently and manage your own jobs
- Support the wider team when needed
You won’t be babysat but support, second opinions and backup are always there when you want them.
How We Work
We’re a small, tight team. No egos. No drama.
We care about:
- standards
- attitude
- looking after each other
Mistakes are handled with awareness, fixing the issue, learning from it and moving on... not blame.
We want someone who understands that a smooth workshop helps the whole business win.
Hours & Pay
- £45,000 OTE
- Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
- 1-hr Lunch
- No weekends
- No bank holidays
- Christmas shutdown
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified / experienced mechanic or technician
- Confident working unsupervised
- Reliable, consistent, and positive
- Takes pride in their work
- Wants to be part of a team long-term, not bounce around garages
What We’re Not Looking For
Just being straight:
- Attitude problems
- Negativity
- Job hoppers
- Anyone who brings drama into a workplace
We protect the culture here.
