Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Housing and Maintenance. We employ over 280 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
Due to continued growth within our Maintenance division, we are seeking an experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Painter & Decorator, ideally within a main contracting environment. Experience working on insurance reinstatement projects would be advantageous.
You will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. A proactive approach, strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards are essential.
This role requires a strong awareness of health and safety, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Experience within a main contracting environment is desirable
- Insurance reinstatement experience is advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High level of health and safety awareness
- Full UK Driving License required
